Skrapea provides Instagram data scraping and enrichment services, including but not limited to:

• Similar account discovery
• Profile data enrichment
• Follower and following list extraction
• Account metadata retrieval

All data provided is publicly available information from Instagram. Skrapea does not access private accounts or data that requires authentication beyond what is publicly accessible.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and applicable data protection laws
• Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any individual or entity
• Not attempt to access private accounts or data without authorization
• Respect intellectual property rights and privacy of others
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Payment and Credits

Skrapea operates on a credit-based payment system:

• Credits are purchased using Solana (SOL) cryptocurrency
• All payments are final and non-refundable
• Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated
• Pricing may change at any time, but existing credits retain their value
• You are responsible for all transactions made through your account

5. Rate Limiting and Fair Use

To ensure platform stability and fair access for all users:

• The Service enforces global rate limits to prevent abuse
• Job processing is managed through a fair queuing system
• Large jobs may be processed in batches to maintain platform performance
• We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the Service

6. Data Accuracy and Availability

Skrapea provides data "as is" based on publicly available information:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data
• Data may be outdated or unavailable due to changes on Instagram
• We are not responsible for data that becomes private or deleted after scraping
• Service availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to interruptions

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Spam, harass, or harm individuals or entities
• Access private accounts or data without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the Service's source code
• Resell or redistribute data in violation of Instagram's Terms of Service

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Abuse of the Service or rate limits
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked. Any unused credits may be forfeited at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKRAPEA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
